SDlC/SDlC Dihydrate is white granular or powder with a mild chlorine-like odor. It canbe used as sanitizer to kil bacteria and control algae in recreational water such as swimming pools.It dissolves

rapidly, providing an immediate source of chlorine sanitizer. lt alsocontains a stabilizer that protects the chlorine from dissipation by sunlight, it is an effective sanitizerin swimming pools and can also be used as an algaecide for black algae on white plaster surfacesin swimming pools.

SDlC Dihydrate can also be made into ball/pearl/stick granular without powder, which is more convenient for use, but most likely to be blocked when stored for long time.

III. Product Applications

　　It is widely used for drinking water disinfection, swimming pool water treatment, environmental disinfection in various public places, and preventive disinfection of household, hospital, and hotel items as well as tableware. It is also applicable for disinfection of breeding sites in the aquaculture industry (including livestock, poultry, fish, and silkworm farming), and can be used for wool anti-shrinkage finishing, textile industry bleaching, industrial circulating water algae removal, and as a rubber chlorinating agent.

IV. Usage and Dosage

　　1: Drinking water disinfection: Add 5 grams per cubic meter of water, stir well, let it sit for a while, and prepare fresh solution each time before use.

　　2: Swimming Pool Disinfection: Add approximately 10–15 grams per cubic meter daily to the pool, ensuring that the residual chlorine level remains consistently between 1.0 and 1.5.

　　3: Disinfection of hospital wards, medical waste, and equipment: Add 10 grams per liter, and after complete dissolution, either soak or spray the surfaces.

　　4: Disinfection of public places and spaces: Add 5 grams per liter, and after complete dissolution, use for wiping or spraying. Allow it to act for 10–30 minutes—this will effectively eliminate bacterial spores.

　　5: Dining Utensils: Add 0.5–1.0 grams per liter, soak after complete dissolution for 15–30 minutes;

　　6: When using Dichloroisocyanurate as a biocide in circulating cooling water systems, add 15–20 ppm every 2–3 days during summer. In spring and autumn, apply once every 3–5 days, and in winter, add it every 5–7 days. To ensure effective biocidal performance, non-oxidizing fungicides can also be added periodically.

　　7: Disinfection of infectious disease areas and post-disaster contaminated zones: Add 2-5 grams per liter, spray thoroughly after complete dissolution, and allow a contact time of at least 30 minutes.

　　8: For disinfecting feces and other excreta, add 40–60 grams per liter and allow it to act for 1–2 hours.
